• I’m graduating from college this weekend. That’s a big accomplishment.
• I found a therapist I actually like and I know I’m going to make progress with her concerning gender and other issues.
• I’m out as who I really am and I’m taking steps to be more comfortable with myself and my body.
• I have the love and support of my family and friends.
• I am done with a job I actually really didn’t like.
• While I haven’t found a new job yet I know I’m headed in a good direction in life.
• I’m reading good books.
• I have food to eat.
• I have a bed to sleep in.
• I could go on for ages.

I have things. 

1. My gender therapy consultation appt was today and it went better than I ever could’ve hoped.

2. I got amazingly good grades for my last semester in college (and I graduate this weekend… what!?)

3. I am happy.
